This variety has a complex bouquet, a full and balanced body, a pleasant sweetish taste, in which notes of walnut, peach and almond are felt. Acidity varies depending on the part of the island it comes from, sometimes it can manifest itself with notes of tropical fruit, grapefruit or lime.
